Acapulco is one of the most enlightened places when it comes to Night Life. Visitors, Nationals and locals all mingle together with the same purpose in mind; they all want an ever-fun endless night. You will be pleasantly surprised because aside from the beautiful beaches, it would seem that people are in Acapulco mainly to Party and again Party. You might start at lunch time with Music, dancing and entertainment at Paradise Restaurant and Bar on Condesa Beach. If you are in the mood to party at dinner time, you will also start at Carlos & Charley, Hard Rock Café, Señor Frog or some other bars along Condesa Beach where in addition to getting your food, you will have music, dancing an lots of fun. There are many evening fun opportunities all along the Condesa Strip and on the Scenic Road leading towards the Airport. These evening places are the refuge for those impatient ones who will spend time waiting for the opening hour of Discos, Clubs and Salsa places. So the Big League fun will start after 11:00 PM and go on until the last customer leaves close to Sun Up.
Starting From the North End and Just slightly up the Scenic Road MANDARA disco places you with an excellent view of the Lights of Acapulco reflected on the BAY. Mandara has a Strict Casual Elegant Dress Code which enhances the feeling of a private pretty people club. You can people-watch those on the dance floor from the conveniently set tables above the dance floor. Since this Club is nestled on a hill side, Above Mandara you have Siboney a piano bar for a more agedly mature crowd from where you still have a view of the lower dance floor. On your way out if you want a snack you have a small lounge called Privado.
PALLADIUM is also nestled on the same Hill just a bit further down on the Scenic Road and counts with a huge 48 meter wide window displaying the view of the Bay. Palladium is known for its always updated sound and outstanding DJ performance based on a constant invitation of the most famous DJ around the World. Palladium is also reputed for a larger space to move around which can enhance your comfort. Dress code is also strict, no shorts, jeans or tennis shoes.
Zucca Disco Club located a bit further up on the scenic road on the opposite side of the road, has still a more fantastic view. Zucca is a more exclusive club and has more high end and elder clientele. Music will be slightly more disco conservative. Week days it runs from 1=:30 to 2:30Am, weekends will close at 4:00AM
Baby’O Disco Club with over 30 years of success has kept up its fame and crowd. Baby’O can be considered an Icon Club in Acapulco and its décor still very well accepted. The outside seems the entrance of a Cavern which will provide excellent sound and beat once you are in the inside. Baby’O is located down on the Costera Avenue as you move South, just after Wall Mart. DJ is excellent and will always follow the mood of the clients.
El Alebrije is a relatively New, 10 year old larger club with booths on a stadium type setting where everybody is above the dance floor with a magnificent view for those who are people watchers. Nice updated high tech music and updated DJs. Open 11:00 to 5:00 AM
Salon Q on the Costera avenue opposite and south fWall Mart. Salon Q is a large Club with good service and is considered an excellent place for those who like Latin rhythm and Salsa Music with live bands.
N Joy Located south of Cinemark on La Costera A large disco with many couches, a good-sized dance floor, dancers on stages, and your typical selection of Spanish dance music.. Saturday is the night to go - because it is so large, you will have more fun if it is crowded
Disco Beach is a popular hangout connected to the beach where tourists will mingle and meet locals. This casually cool disco will have you sitting at a table with nice cold drinks, meeting people at the bar or dancing to the DJ music
Among other Bars and Discos you may go to and can be mentioned are Mambo Café Disco and the following Bars Shake It, Il Mondo, Heaven, Ibiza, Bombay, Sky Garden, Figus, Il Canto… most around an above Condesa Beach where you find the “Night Party Side Walk” on the Costera Avenue.
